1. Policy Core (No Physical Return Required)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you do not need to ship the item back to China. Instead, choose one of the following simple solutions:
- Plan A: Instant Refund upon Verification
Please follow our instructions to permanently alter the item (e.g., cut the silk fabric in a clearly visible area) and submit verification photos/videos to our service email. Once verified, we will process your refund promptly.
- Plan B: Keep the Item & Get Store Credit
If you prefer to keep the item, contact our service email for a significant store coupon as an apology for the inconvenience. This credit can be used on your next order.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
- Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed state with all tags attached. For items with manufacturing defects, we are more flexible.
- Required for Application:
a. Your Order Number
b. Clear photos of the item as received (2-3 angles)
c. (For Plan A) A clear photo/video showing the item has been altered as instructed.
3. Refund & Compensation
- Choosing Plan A: After verification, a full item price refund will be issued to your original payment method. In cases of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will also refund your original shipping fee.
- Choosing Plan B: A 20% OFF coupon for your next purchase will be issued to your account upon approval.
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval.
4. This policy does not apply if:
- The item shows signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
- The request is made after the 15-day window.
- Valid order information cannot be provided.

For items with confirmed manufacturing defects or if we shipped the wrong item, we will, at your choice, either:
- Ship a correct replacement free of charge
- Issue a full refund (including shipping) without requiring any action on your part.
